RETURNS & EXCHANGES

1. How do I return or exchange an item I bought online?

We make it easy for you to return or exchange any item at Mike Sport!
You have 14 days from the delivery date to send back your online purchase.

  • Return online for free: Simply fill out our return form, and we’ll get in touch to arrange a free pickup from your address. After that, our Customer Care team will assist you with your refund or exchange.
  • Return in-store: Visit any Mike Sport store for an instant exchange or return.

2. What if the product I received is damaged, missing parts, or has a defect?

If you received a damaged item, missing parts, or notice a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 2 business days on WhatsApp at 81-114967, call +961 1 88 88 55, or email ecom@mikesport.com, and include your order number and photos if possible.
Our team will make sure it’s resolved quickly.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and order type:

  • Lebanon: Up to 5 business days for standard deliveries.
  • Heavy goods: Our team will call you to schedule the delivery.
  • International: Managed case by case; we’ll email you details once you place your order.

Lebanese public holidays may affect local delivery times.

 

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also find it under My Account on our website.

 

5. I haven’t received my order confirmation. Did my order go through?

It may take up to 24 hours for payment verification and security checks.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

6. Can I cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp at 81-114967 so we can help you cancel.
Cancellation is typically possible within 2 hours of placing your order, before it moves to processing.
After that, we’ll do our best to assist, but will need to confirm whether the order can still be stopped.


PAYMENTS & SECURITY

7. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay using:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Suyool (e-Visa)

Your payment is fully secure. We use SSL encryption to protect your personal and card details. Your card is only charged once your order is ready to ship.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! For international delivery options and costs, please email us at ecom@mikesport.com with your complete address, and we’ll assist you.


LOYALTY PROGRAM

9. Can I use my Mike Sport Loyalty Card online?

Currently, our loyalty card can be used in-store only.
However, a new loyalty program is coming soon — stay tuned!
