Delivery & Return



You may return Online purchases within 7 days from your delivery date. Items should be in the original unused condition and unopened packaging.

Ecom Return Policy:

  • Ecom purchases can be returned online only. Please check our online return process
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be eligible for return
  • Return is not applicable on heavy equipment that have been assembled (Treadmill, Elliptical, Bike, Home Gym, Trampoline, Jacuzzi, etc), as well as underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrance
  • Once the returned item is received in our warehouse, we will send you an E-gift card with the amount of your purchase via email
  • Return requests can take up to 9 working days to process
  • E-gift card can only be used online

Ecom Exchange policy:

  • Items purchased online can only be exchanged by visiting one of our stores
  • If the exchange is due to size differences, the same price at purchase applies
  • For other exchanges, the price at the day of exchange shall apply
  • Gift or cash vouchers are not allowed – we exchange with equal amount of purchase or a higher only
  • Items from “Exclusive” offers and collections purchased Online cannot be returned in-stores or exchanged after retuned

Gift cards and returns
For returns, we offer an E-gift card with a 1 year expiry date. E-gift cards can only be used Online.
If the product purchased was delivered defected, we offer a full cash refund or we can issue an e-gift card.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If the shipment is a result of wrong order delivery, we will do our best to find your missing item or suggest an alternative.

You can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours from purchase time only.

We do not offer exchange/return for orders outside of Lebanon.
If the item has a defect, Import duties, taxes & Shipping collected are not refundable please send an email to our customer support for more info


Shipping And Delivery Policy:


Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details and shipment updates. 

Once Items are ready for delivery, you will receive a fulfillment email. Within the next 2 days, our courier partners will reach out to confirm your delivery date, address etc.

Standard Shipping:
We process orders Monday-Friday during working hours from 10AM to 6PM (excluding holidays). We deliver everyday except Sundays and holidays.

Delivery time for domestic orders is up to 7 working days. For Standard Shipping provided the address is duly completed.

Our Carrier will keep contacting you within 10 days from purchase date to verify the address and agree on delivery time. If call is not answered, then your order will be cancelled and returned back to our premises.

International Shipping:
International shipping is available at under the below circumstances. Our Team will stay in touch to ensure a smooth experience.

  • Payments should be paid by credit card only
  • Customs are not included in the price
  • Exchange & Returns are not applicable
  • Shipping will be calculated on case by case
