SHIPPING & DELIVERY — HOW IT ALL WORKS

Right after you order, you’ll get a confirmation email, then another once your items are ready to ship.

Within the next 2 days, our courier will call you to confirm the delivery date and address.
Delivery times:

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM (except Sundays & holidays).

Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days.
If our courier can’t reach you within 10 days from purchase, your order will be cancelled and returned.
Shipping internationally

We do ship outside Lebanon, but there are a few things to know:

Payment must be by credit card.

Customs duties and taxes aren’t included in product prices.

We aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges on international orders.

Shipping fees vary — we’ll coordinate with you directly to make it easy.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return your online order with confidence
We want you to love what you ordered! If not, no problem.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your online purchase.
How it works:

Return online for free: Fill out our return form and we’ll arrange a free pickup right from your doorstep.

Visit us in-store: Prefer to handle it in person? Stop by any Mike Sport store for an instant exchange or return.
A few quick reminders:

Items should be in original condition with unopened packaging.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered can’t be returned.

We’re unable to accept returns on assembled heavy equipment (like treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, home gyms, trampolines, jacuzzis), as well as underwear, swimwear, socks, and fragrances.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we’ll send you an E-gift card by email for the full amount you paid. It’s valid for 1 year, and can be used anytime on MikeSport.com. Processing may take up to 9 working days.
Need to exchange?
Easy!

Items bought online can be exchanged by visiting any of our stores.

If it’s just a size swap, the original purchase price still applies.

For other items, the store price on the day of exchange will be used.

We don’t offer cash or gift card refunds on exchanges — exchanges should be for items of equal or greater value.
Please note that items from “Exclusive” online offers and collections can’t be exchanged after being returned.
GIFT CARDS & RETURNS

All returns for online purchases are refunded via an E-gift card, valid for 1 year, redeemable online anytime.

If you received a defective item, you can choose a full cash refund or an E-gift card — your choice.

Shipping and handling fees aren’t refundable.

If you ever get the wrong item, we’ll work to fix it right away or offer alternatives.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you need to cancel, just let us know as soon as possible.
We can cancel your order free of charge within 2 hours of placing it. After that, we’ll do our best depending on how far along your order is.
