Scope of the job

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for serving customers on the floor and for providing support to the Store Manager in the effective running of the Store, in order to ensure the highest standards of customer service are achieved and maintained. He/ she is also responsible for overseeing the store’s image & ensuring its compliance with the company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that customers are served in a timely manner and assist them in their purchase decisions by offering expert advices in compliance with quality and customer service standards.

• Maintain an accurate stock rotation process (To/From Stores & Warehouse), ensuring that all items are being offered on time.
• Assist the Store Manager in handling the maintenance of inventories and placement of product orders to ensure effective stock management and availability of products.
• Supervise the opening process of the store in order to ensure that all set procedures regarding petty cash, reporting, systems, etc. are respected.
• Handle the closing of the Store in coordination with the Cashier by controlling the preparation of cash money, electronic cards slips, discounts; ensure their delivery to the Accounting Department in compliance with company policies and security standards.
• Motivate team members and provide them with the necessary support in terms of training and development in order to optimize sales results.
• Assist the Store Manager in the preparation of the required reports in a timely & organized manner, & ensure that all related records are documented.

SCOPE OF THE JOB

The E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day digital operations of the Oil & Gas Fashion & Sportswear online store, overseeing website content, visual merchandising, landing page creation, and campaign execution on Shopify.
The role serves as the key point of coordination with third-party performance marketing agencies and ensures a data-driven, commercially aligned, and on-brand digital presence across all channels.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong attention to detail, a commercial mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Website Management & Shopify Operations

• Own and manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including catalog maintenance and collections setup.
• Execute homepage updates, banners, navigation adjustments, featured collections, and promotional rollouts in line with the commercial calendar.
• Create, configure, and publish new landing pages and campaign pages aligned with seasonal priorities, brand guidelines, and key trading moments.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks before and after campaigns go live, ensuring all links, banners, prices, and content are accurate and functional.

2. Visual Merchandising & Collections

• Lead on-site visual merchandising — curating and updating collections, sorting logic, featured product placements, and homepage layouts to maximize conversion and engagement.
• Create and maintain seasonal collections, campaign pages, and promotional events (e.g., new arrivals, sales, brand launches) in coordination with the commercial and marketing teams.
• Ensure products are presented in a visually coherent, brand-consistent, and commercially relevant manner across all website pages.
• Coordinate with the buying and merchandising team to ensure timely and accurate product launches and collection activations.
  

3. Digital Marketing & Agency Coordination

• Serve as the primary internal point of contact for third-party performance marketing agencies handling paid social (Meta), Google Ads, and content production.
• Brief campaigns, review creative deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure all agency outputs are aligned with brand tone, commercial goals, and campaign timelines.
• Support agencies with first-party data, UTM structures, pixel setup, and tracking accuracy through Meta Ads Manager and GA4.
• Coordinate the digital marketing calendar, aligning paid media activity with website content, promotions, and key events.
  

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Build and maintain regular performance dashboards and reports covering traffic, conversion, revenue, channel attribution, and campaign results using GA4 and Meta reporting tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for leadership, highlighting opportunities and areas of concern.
• Monitor key KPIs including ROAS, CVR, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue per session, and proactively flag anomalies or growth opportunities.
• Support A/B testing initiatives on landing pages, product pages, and CTAs to continuously improve on-site performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Media, or any related field is preferred. Equivalent relevant hands-on experience will also be considered.

Experience:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in E-Commerce management, digital marketing, or a closely related role. Experience in a fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle retail environment is a strong plus.

Linguistic Skills:

• Advanced in written & spoken English. Arabic is a plus.

Computer Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin, including collections, metafields, themes, and app integrations or similar commerce platform.
