SCOPE OF THE JOB
The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for optimizing and growing Mike Sport Group's online stores, including Mike Sport Lebanon, Mike Sport Iraq, Crocs, Service Park, and other brands. The role focuses on improving e-commerce performance through CRO, SEO, AEO, GEO, product data optimization, and user experience enhancements.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the E-Commerce Specialist manages e-commerce projects, supports new store launches and campaigns, and ensures the timely execution of initiatives that drive growth and improve the online customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Roadmap & Performance Optimization:
- Plan and execute a clear improvement roadmap for each store (Mike Sport Lebanon, Mike Sport Iraq, Crocs, Service Park), prioritized by impact on key KPIs
- Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO): identify friction across the funnel, propose and run improvements on collection pages, product pages, cart, and checkout
- Own on-site SEO, AEO, and GEO: optimize titles, descriptions, metadata, structure, and content so the stores rank and surface across search, answer, and generative engines
- Drive product data quality across all stores: accurate, complete, and consistent titles, descriptions, attributes, images, and tags
- Continuously test and improve user experience, and measure the result of every initiative against the KPI it was meant to move
Projects & New Initiatives:
- Contribute to the launch of new e-commerce websites for Mike Sport holding businesses: setup, structure, catalog, and go-live
- Plan and run micro-activations for key events and promotions across the stores (seasonal moments, brand campaigns, sales events)
- Evaluate and implement new tools, apps, and solutions that improve store performance, automation, and team efficiency
- Scope projects, coordinate the people involved, and follow them through to delivery
Daily Operations & Team Coordination:
- Run a daily routine of checking each store: live products, pricing, stock, promotions, banners, and broken links, and fix or assign whatever needs attention, coordinating with the different teams as needed
- Maintain all stores so content, promotions, navigation, and collections are always accurate
- Align and coordinate the work of content with UI/UX, development, catalog, and data entry so the right things ship in the right order
- Keep a clear view of what is in progress, what is blocked, and what is launching, and keep the Director updated
Launches & Campaigns:
- Execute product and collection launches end to end: collection pages, product content, homepage placement, and go-live checklist
- Coordinate launch timelines across the team and make sure everything is ready before go-live
- Ensure brand requirements are respected, especially for Crocs and other partner stores
Reporting & Insights:
- Track key store metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, revenue) and report regularly to the Director
- Use Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics to spot issues, find opportunities, and recommend actions
- Run post-launch and post-campaign reviews and apply the learnings
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work with Operations on stock fulfillment, and delivery accuracy on site
- Coordinate with Customer Service on product, order, and site issues that affect customers
- Coordinate with Buying & Merchandising to align the online assortment with stock and commercial priorities
