1. When should I place my order to receive it on time for Christmas?
  • For all of Lebanon, orders placed before 16 December are scheduled to arrive in time for Christmas.
  • For addresses inside Beirut, gifts ordered from our “Get it on time for Christmas” selection before 21 December will be delivered on time.

Just make sure your address details are correct at checkout.

2. What is the exchange policy for holiday gifts?

All items ordered between 1 December and 31 December can be exchanged until 15 January as part of our extended Holiday Exchange Policy.

You can exchange items in-store or through our online return/exchange process.

Please make sure the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

3. Can I return a holiday gift?

Gifts purchased in-store can be exchanged only but cannot be returned or refunded.

Gifts purchased online can be returned for online store credit if no suitable exchange item is found, as per our standard return policy.

If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll take care of everything: our team will arrange a pickup from your delivery address and issue an online store credit once the item has been inspected.

4. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! We offer gift wrap and Christmas gift bags for your order.

Just make sure to tick the gift-wrapping checkbox at checkout. If you need anything specific — like separate wrapping or a special note — simply add it in the order notes, and we’ll take care of the rest.

5. Can I ship to a different address for gifting?

Of course! At checkout, simply choose a different shipping address and we’ll deliver the gift straight there.

Just make sure to select one of our online payment methods (credit card or Wish Pay), as Cash on Delivery isn’t available for orders shipped to someone else.

6. What if the size isn’t right?

No worries, we’ve got you covered!
With our extended Holiday Exchange Policy, any item purchased between 1 December and 30 December can be exchanged until 15 January.

You can exchange the item in-store or through our online return/exchange process. As long as it’s unused and in its original condition, we’ll help you switch it to the right size.
