User Data Deletion Instructions
1) How to request deletion
Please email ecom@mikesport.com with the subject: “Data deletion request.”
Include:

Your full name

The email or phone number used for your Mike Sport account

A brief statement requesting data deletion
2) What happens next

Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity and confirm the request.

Response & completion: We’ll reply within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.

Exceptions: Certain records may be retained if required by law (e.g., tax/accounting, fraud-prevention).

Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once your data has been deleted.
Deleting your account is permanent and removes access to order history, saved items, and preferences.
