INSTALLATION FEE BY ZONE
Some areas require more time and logistics to reach, which is why our isntallation fee is calculated based on your zone:
Standard Zones ($15): Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Tripoli, Zahle, Sidon, Tyre & more
Extended Zones ($50): Akkar, Bsharri, Baalbek-Hermel, Rashaya, West Beqaa, Nabatieh, Jezzine & more

Shipping & Delivery

1. How long does delivery take?

Orders within Lebanon are delivered in up to 5 working days. Our courier will contact you to confirm delivery details.

2. Do you deliver outside Lebanon?

Yes, we provide international shipping. Customs fees are not included and shipping costs are calculated case by case.

3. Can I schedule my delivery time?

Our courier will call you to confirm the address and schedule a suitable delivery time.

4. What happens if I miss the delivery call?

If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

2. How do I start a return?

Visit any Mike Sport branch or contact our team to arrange a pickup within 5 working days.

3. Are there items I cannot return?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
