If calls are not answered for 10 days, the order will be cancelled and returned. Associated costs will be deducted, and the balance refunded.

1. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can return or exchange items within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

For Heavy Equipments & Machines, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery and assembly. A 30% open-box fee based on the purchase value applies.

2. How do I start a return?

Visit any Mike Sport branch or contact our team to arrange a pickup within 5 working days.

3. Are there items I cannot return?

For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, swimwear, and food items are non-returnable.
